Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories.
  • Custom-made or personalized blinds are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Pack the item securely and attach the provided label.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned after 7 days with prior approval.
  • Items that show minor signs of use or missing packaging.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will depend on the production status:
  1. For stock items: Full refund if not yet shipped.
  2. For custom-made blinds: A 30% cancellation fee may apply if production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
